Terms and Conditions

Welcome to City Park Express Car Wash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our car wash services, monthly unlimited memberships, website (cityparkexpresscarwash.com), and physical location at 2625 Almeda-Genoa Road, Houston, TX 77047. By using our services or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

City Park Express Car Wash offers single car washes and monthly unlimited wash memberships across multiple service tiers. All wash tiers include complimentary self-service vacuums, mat cleaners, a bug prep station, and air tools. Service offerings, features, and availability are subject to change without notice. Our current menu of services is posted on-site and at cityparkexpresscarwash.com.

2. Hours of Operation

Our facility operates daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hours may be adjusted for holidays, severe weather, maintenance, or equipment repair without prior notice. We are not liable for closures or service interruptions.

3. Unlimited Membership Program

3.1 Membership Registration

Unlimited memberships are issued to a single, specific vehicle. The vehicle's license plate is registered at the time of sign-up and is used to identify the vehicle via our license plate recognition (LPR) system. Memberships are non-transferable between vehicles except through a formal vehicle swap performed on-site.

3.2 Recurring Billing

Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring, auto-renewing basis using the payment method provided at sign-up. By enrolling, you authorize City Park Express Car Wash to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month.

3.3 Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, your membership will be paused until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. We may attempt to re-run a declined charge and may suspend access until the account is brought current.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your unlimited membership at any time by visiting our location, calling (346) 489-7275, or emailing info@cityparkexpresswash.com. Cancellations must be requested at least three (3) business days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. No partial refunds or prorations are issued for cancellations mid-cycle. Your membership remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

3.5 Refunds

All sales are final. Single washes and monthly membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of weather, travel, vehicle sale, or non-use. Refunds are issued only at the discretion of management in cases of duplicate billing or clear billing error.

4. Use of Facility

By entering our property, you agree to:

• Follow all posted signs, staff instructions, and safety directions.
• Remove all loose items from the exterior of your vehicle (antennas, mats, accessories, loose parts) before entering the wash tunnel.
• Keep your vehicle in neutral, remove your foot from the brake, and keep hands and arms inside the vehicle while on the conveyor.
• Supervise all passengers, including children and pets, at all times.
• Use vacuums, mat cleaners, and other free amenities responsibly and within reasonable time limits.

5. Vehicle Condition and Liability

City Park Express Car Wash is not responsible for damage to vehicles resulting from:

• Pre-existing damage, including loose or previously damaged trim, moldings, antennas, mirrors, spoilers, wipers, emblems, or paint.
• Aftermarket accessories, wraps, non-factory parts, or items not properly secured.
• Failure to follow posted instructions or staff direction.
• Items left inside the vehicle, including personal property, electronics, or valuables.
• Oversized vehicles, lifted trucks, dual wheels, or vehicles outside standard factory dimensions, unless expressly approved by an on-site manager.

Any damage claim must be reported to a manager before leaving the property. Claims reported after you leave cannot be verified and will not be honored. Our maximum liability for any verified claim is limited to the cost of the wash purchased or, at management's discretion, reasonable repair costs, but never more than the fair market value of the affected part.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer for any reason, including vehicles that are unsafe, improperly maintained, oversized, modified in ways incompatible with our equipment, or whose owners have engaged in disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior. We may also terminate any membership at our discretion with a prorated refund of the current billing cycle if we elect to end the membership for reasons not caused by the member.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, first-month specials, and discounts are valid only under the conditions stated in the promotion. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be discontinued at any time. First-month promotional pricing reverts to standard monthly rates on the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not expire except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

9. Website Use

By using cityparkexpresscarwash.com, you agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without written permission. All logos, trademarks, service names, photography, and brand assets are the property of City Park Express Car Wash. We reserve the right to modify site content and membership terms at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Park Express Car Wash, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, facility, or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited as described in Section 5.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to cityparkexpresscarwash.com. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

• Improve our website, services, and customer experience
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service Providers: Payment processors, membership management platforms, email marketing tools, analytics providers, and IT vendors who perform services on our behalf.
